• Acting in your own personal capacity and not as a representative or agent of a third party
• Not currently on any self-exclusion list of any platform or regulatory body
• Never had an account closed by bighoki due to fraud or prior breach of terms
• Having full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement

Bighoki reserves the right to request proof of age, identity (KYC), and residency at any time. Failure to provide the required documents within the stipulated period may result in temporary restriction or permanent closure of your account, including freezing of balances pending investigation.

Each user is only permitted to hold one (1) active account on BigHoki at any given time. Registering multiple accounts using the same name, phone number, email address, IP address, or payment method is strictly prohibited.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate and complete information including your full name, date of birth, identity card or passport number, residential address, and active mobile phone number. This information is required for identity verification and anti-money laundering (AML) compliance purposes.

• The registered name must match the name of the owner of the payment method used
• Password must be at least 8 characters and contain a combination of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols
• Two-factor authentication (2FA) is strongly recommended and can be enabled through your account security settings
• You are solely responsible for all activities that occur within your account
• Any suspicious activity must be reported to the BigHoki support team immediately

Bighoki will never ask for your account password or PIN through any communication channel, including email, live chat, or phone. Anyone claiming to be a bighoki staff member and requesting your login credentials should be reported immediately to our support team.

Bighoki supports multiple payment methods for the convenience of members across Malaysia. All deposits and withdrawals are processed through secure channels encrypted with 256-bit SSL technology.

Deposit:

• The welcome bonus is only available to new members making their first deposit
• Rollover requirements for deposit bonuses typically range from 10x to 30x depending on the promotion
• Cashback bonuses are calculated based on net losses within the specified period and are not subject to rollover requirements
• Referral bonuses are credited after your referred friend completes their first deposit and meets the minimum betting requirement
• VIP programme rewards are calculated automatically based on your total wagering amount and credited on a weekly basis
• Bighoki reserves the right to withdraw or modify any promotion at any time without prior notice

Any attempt to abuse the bonus system, including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, using arbitrage betting strategies, or colluding with other players to exploit promotions, will be considered fraud and will result in account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

All bets placed on BigHoki are subject to the following general rules as well as the specific rules applicable to each game category or sport. You are advised to familiarise yourself with the rules of each game before placing a bet.

• All bets are final once confirmed by the system — no cancellations can be made after confirmation
• Bighoki reserves the right to void bets placed at incorrect odds due to technical errors
• In the event of a postponed or cancelled match, bets will be voided or refunded in accordance with the specific rules of the relevant category
• Minimum and maximum betting limits vary by game and may change at bighoki's discretion
• Bighoki uses an independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) for all casino and slot games
• Final game results displayed on the BigHoki platform are conclusive and binding

For Sports Betting, all markets close when the match begins unless otherwise specified as a "Live Betting" market. Odds may change at any time before a market closes. Bets accepted at specific odds will be honoured at those odds regardless of any subsequent changes.

To maintain a fair and safe gaming environment for all users, the following are strictly prohibited on the bighoki platform:

• Using bots, automated scripts, artificial intelligence software, or any automated method to place bets
• Manipulating games through exploitation of bugs or system vulnerabilities
• Colluding with other players to influence game outcomes (collusion)
• Money laundering through suspicious deposit and withdrawal activity
• Selling, transferring, or renting your account to another party
• Using a VPN or proxy to conceal your actual location in order to bypass geographical restrictions
• Submitting any misleading or false claims to the support team
• Threatening, harassing, or behaving disrespectfully toward staff or other players

Bighoki employs sophisticated fraud detection systems and continuous account activity monitoring. Any suspected violations will be investigated and appropriate action taken, including immediate account closure and reporting to the relevant authorities.

Bighoki reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any user account for the following reasons, including but not limited to:

• Violation of any section of these Terms and Conditions
• Suspected fraudulent activity, manipulation, or collusion
• Failure to complete the KYC verification process within the stipulated timeframe
• Instructions from regulatory authorities or law enforcement agencies
• Accounts that have been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months

Users may also choose to close their own account at any time by contacting the BigHoki support team. Prior to closure, all eligible balances will be returned to the registered payment method on the account, subject to full verification and compliance with the relevant terms.

For accounts closed due to fraud or breach of terms, bighoki reserves the right to forfeit all remaining balances in those accounts, including any winnings obtained through prohibited activities.

Bighoki is not liable for any loss or damage arising from the use of our platform, including but not limited to:

• Financial losses resulting from wagering decisions
• Service disruptions caused by factors beyond our control, including internet failures, power outages, or natural disasters
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your own negligence in safeguarding your login credentials
• Transaction delays due to technical issues on the payment service provider's end
• Any financial decisions you make based on information on our platform

In all circumstances, the maximum total liability of bighoki to you shall not exceed the net deposit amount you have made in the 30 days prior to the claim. bighoki is not liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive losses.

Bighoki reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. All changes will take effect immediately upon being updated on our website.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to ensure you are always aware of the latest version. The most recent update date will always be displayed at the top of this page for your reference.

These Terms and Conditions and any disputes arising from or related to the use of the bighoki platform shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable international law. Any disputes that cannot be resolved by mutual agreement will be referred to binding arbitration through a recognised arbitration body.
